Pepper No.30
|
Edward Weston was an American photographer born in 1886. His fame came from his close-up object photography, with photos such as Pepper No.30 and Cabbage Leaf, but he also dabbled with landscape photography. What I think is special about his photos is how much quality there was for the time. He used long exposure to create a soft yet defined image, with great capture of details.
Weston has been called one of the most influential and innovative photographers of the 20th century. Many photographers have followed his technique y photographing one unique, often overlooked object to make something that is visually appealing. His techniques are very easy to use but his photos are impossible to replicate, and that is why I chose him. Cabbage leaf
